Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Italy: 1–2 working days.
• Europe, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: 3–5 working days.

Processing and delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

• Italy: €4.99 — free on orders over €45.

• European Union: €9.99 — free on orders over €89.

• United Kingdom: €12.99 — free on orders over €89.

• Switzerland: €14.99 — free on orders over €89.

Duties and taxes are included for orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Switzerland. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Order tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your delivery.
