These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of www.alyneapilates.com, as well as the purchase of products sold by Alynea.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Products and availability
Products displayed on the website are available while stocks last.
We make every effort to ensure that all images, descriptions and product information are accurate. Minor differences between product photographs and the item received will not be considered defects, provided that they do not affect the product’s essential characteristics.
We reserve the right to change products, prices, descriptions and availability at any time. Any such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders and payments
An order is considered accepted only once you receive an order confirmation by email.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and the other payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error or other exceptional circumstances arise. In such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

Alynea will not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including delays caused by couriers, payment service providers or other third parties.
In any event, Alynea’s liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the order concerned, except where otherwise required by law.

All content available on the website, including text, images, photographs, logos, graphics, designs and trademarks, is owned by Alynea or the respective rights holders and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The reproduction, distribution or use of any content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written permission.
